Helping horses unlock their ultimate potential for extraordinary results
Do you ever feel your horse has more to give, but something keeps getting in the way?

Whether you’re chasing Olympic medals, million-dollar purses, world titles, or simply the most profound bond,
your horse’s excellence is waiting.
The only true block lies in your unconscious mind—quietly creating resistance your horse cannot help but mirror.

When you clear that block, everything changes. Your horse meets you with full presence, your partnership deepens into unshakable trust, and together you unlock a level of performance and connection that defies the odds for what's possible.

It's time to let your horse show you what they're made of.

Beneath the surface of your conscious mind...
lie deeply embedded beliefs that keep you trapped in the cycle of “working hard” to earn success.
But what if I told you that
your horse was born to be extraordinary—
all you have to do is let them show you.

Few equestrians know this Truth.
Fewer still are willing to embrace it.
There are only two things standing between you and a champion performance:
1. Your desire for this Truth.
2. Your unconscious mind.

You Have Built
Yourself A Beautiful Prison
Most equestrians cling to what’s familiar—even if it means staying stuck, paying your dues, or grasping for that lucky break. The known, however painful, feels safer than the unknown… even when the unknown holds the key to freedom.
And it’s not just you who lives inside this “beautiful prison.” Your horse does too—because they can only meet you where you are.
Their heart longs to give you everything, but when you stay confined by old patterns, they’re confined right alongside you.

When you choose freedom, you don’t just unlock your own life—you open the door for your horse’s full excellence to shine.
Your trainer relocates, and suddenly you’re scrambling to find someone new who understands your horse. The boarding facility closes, and you lose the community you’ve relied on. These changes stir dread, pushing you from the familiar toward the unknown you fear.

It’s the same phenomenon seen in rehabilitated birds:
When the cage door is opened, many choose not to fly.
They’ve come to equate confinement with safety—no matter how expansive or joyful life could be outside.
It’s not a lack of ability that keeps them inside. It’s conditioning. Just like the equestrian who stays overtrying and underperforming—or the horse who stalls out, gets distracted, or loses heart—
simply because it’s what they know.
“Try not to resist the changes that come your way... How do you know that the side you are used to is better than the one to come?” —Rumi

You Are Building
Your Horse's Destiny
This isn’t about changing your mindset.
This is about redesigning your mind.
You can’t override your mind any more than you can override your horse.
Every “push through” is temporary—an illusion that crumbles the moment life applies pressure.

For years, I willed myself to do extraordinary things with horses. I lived every dream a horse-crazy child could imagine, and I willed even “difficult horses” to do extraordinary things. I succeeded on the outside—but inside, I was drawing from reserves I didn’t know were finite—and I didn’t even realize I was dragging my horses down with me.
At 38, I ran dry. Passion-dead. Exhausted.

But here's the truth:
When life strips away everything you thought mattered most, something miraculous happens. You finally see your Truth. The illusions lose power.
Your mind—and only your mind—shapes the world you experience. And the only way to truly know it is to live it. Breathe it. Become it.
I was gifted this Truth through lived experience.
And now, it's my mission to guide you—equestrian—to experience it for yourself.
Because your horse needs you to release the extraordinary talent suppressed in their heart.

Presence
The Key to Set eXcellence Free
After spending a lifetime training horses I have finally learned to listen.
They only want to please. They continue to give us their hearts as they carry us through this marvelous journey of life—but there is one thing they have been requesting and it continues to go unnoticed…
Horses are earnestly asking us to join them in the Present.

Equestrians tend to be so scattered these days. They carry a to-do list in their heads a mile long, the past follows them around like Eeyore’s storm cloud, and the future dangles in front of them like a carrot on the end of a fishing pole perpetually out of reach.
Despite their efforts to leave the baggage at home, riders take their unconscious whirlwind to the barn and unknowingly impose it upon their horse. The result is unclear communication, a heightened nervous system, and unwanted behavior. Over time these symptoms evolve into chronic illnesses, lameness issues, and premature career endings.

But what does it mean to be present?
The answer lies in your horse—they live in every moment that is now. They do not fret over the horse that kicked at them last week, ponder when they’re going to get together with their friends again, or conjure up stories about all the things that might go wrong at next week’s horse show.
When you look at your horse and wonder what they’re thinking, rest assured—they’re not. They’re too busy being to entertain thoughts. But make no mistake—they hear, see, and feel every single one of yours—even when you don’t.
I often hear clients say, “I just need to get out of my head.”
I’m sorry to break it to you, but running from your mind doesn’t work—it's just a temporary distraction that only strengthens the whirlwind of inconsistent results. The only way you can throw out the endless list of to-do’s, buck off that storm cloud, and see the truth behind the dangling carrot is to witness your thoughts just as your horse does. They neither judge you nor praise you for the stories in your head—they simply listen.
This is the priceless gift of wisdom your horse offers you—unconditional presence.
3 Steps to Presence
Witness Your Thoughts
When you practice observing your thoughts, you finally give them the opportunity to leave. Up until now you have been holding them hostage. Pushing them down or distracting yourself from them inadvertently traps them within the psyche of your body, mind, and heart.
Imagine your horse as your thoughts and their stall as your psyche. In order for you to take your horse out of the stall you must open the door so they are free to leave. When you witness your thoughts, you are opening that door.

Know What's Real
The trick to letting your thoughts leave is to see them for what they really are.
Suspend all judgement as you let them play out in your mind. Whether they're telling you stories of excitement, hardship, or disappointment don't buy into them.
Just like movies on a television screen—your thoughts aren't real. Let them entertain you as they stream across your mind. The more you practice this, the more you'll find that thoughts also have an ending and they just want to run.
Refocus Your Mind
Your mind is no different than a distracted horse—when attention strays, simply refocus.
The key to presence is to practice! Your mind has grown accustomed to wandering, you just have to retrain it. You don't have to try hard to be present—you just have to realize when you're not. Simply catching your mind mid-wander and bringing it back to the present moment is the practice—the magic happens the moment you refocus.
